Losing the dream of becoming a doctor felt like losing a part of myself. For a while, I wondered why God would allow a desire so deeply rooted in my heart to fall apart. But over time, I began to see something I couldn’t see before:<\/p>\n
God wasn’t denying my purpose – He was redirecting it.<\/p>\n
I realized that purpose is not confined to a title, a profession, or a single path. Purpose is found in the impact we make, the people we serve, and the lives we help transform. And sometimes, God leads us away from what we thought we wanted so He can lead us toward what we were truly meant for.<\/p>\n
That realization became clearer when my journey led me to MDRX.<\/p>\n
Here, I discovered that my calling was never just about practicing medicine – it was about bringing healing, excellence, and integrity into the world of healthcare in a different way. MDRX became the place where my passion for service, my desire to uplift others, and my commitment to ethical leadership could finally come together.<\/p>\n
In MDRX, I found a mission that resonates deeply with my heart:<\/p>\n
to raise the standards of healthcare in ophthalmology, to empower clinicians, and to serve people with compassion, excellence, and purpose.<\/p>\n
And I found a vision that aligns with what God has been shaping in me all along:<\/p>\n

Looking back, I now understand that the closed door wasn’t a failure – it was preparation.<\/p>\n
It taught me humility.<\/p>\n

It taught me to trust God’s timing even when I didn’t understand it.<\/p>\n
And it led me to a place where my gifts, my experiences, and even my past disappointments could be used for something greater.<\/p>\n
