Richard S. Andres
Founder & Managing Director, MDRx Enterprise, CEO- Medical Device Revolutionary Exponents (MDRX-i) Incorporated
Richard brings 28 years of experience in business development, sales, clinical marketing, relationship marketing, distribution management, and product management. During his leadership at Becton-Dickinson (BD) Philippines, he drove exceptional business growth of 280–350% and earned numerous national, regional, and international awards, including the Winner’s Circle Award, Sales Achievement Award, and Business Excellence Award.
He pursued graduate studies in Public Administration at Mariano Marcos State University, Strategic Marketing Management at De La Salle University, and Financial Management for Non-Financial Managers at the National University of Singapore, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Herminio Santos, RN
Clinical Marketing Director
Herminio brings 29 years of clinical experience and 24 years in clinical marketing, business development, product management, sales, communications, program management, and product launching. At BD Philippines, he pioneered several market and business innovations that earned him multiple Sales Achievement and Top Performer awards.
He completed his graduate studies in Marketing at the Singapore Institute of Management.
Sam Onofre B. Francisco
Operations Director
Sam has 30 years of experience in website development, search engine optimization, content management systems, and digital marketing. He also has a decade of experience in project development and seven years in mobile marketing.
He pursued graduate studies in Economics at St. Louis University, Public Administration at Mariano Marcos State University, and Development Planning with Computer Applications at the Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands.
Christian Dave A. Pasigna
Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance Officer
Christian specializes in regulatory affairs for medical devices and cosmetics, import regulations, and tender market procurement. He earned his BS Pharmacy degree from the Far Eastern University – Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation, where he now serves as Vice President of the School of Pharmacy Alumni Association.
He is an active member of the Philippine Association of Medical Device Regulatory Affairs Professionals (PAMDRAP).
Marwyn C. Galindo, ECE, ECT
Biomedical Engineer
Marwyn is a licensed electronics engineer and electronics technician with strong experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of various medical equipment. Before joining MDRx, he served as an in-house biomedical engineer at Skyline Hospital and Medical Center.
He is a member of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) and the Biomedical Electronics Society.

Legal Consultants
Albano and Adeva Law provide MDRx with expertise in litigation, corporate, commercial, civil, real estate, intellectual property, labor, administrative law, and regulatory compliance.
The team is led by Atty. Antonio L. Albano, who specializes in corporate and commercial law, and Atty. Daniel A. Adeva III, who brings extensive experience in corporate practice and government procurement.
Ryan Joseph C. Tuzon, RPh
Organizational Development Director & Clinical Innovations Consultant
Ryan is a medical information specialist for medical devices at a contract research organization and previously served as Academic Chairperson at the De La Salle Medical and Health Sciences Institute College of Pharmacy. His expertise spans pharmaceutical sciences research, medical instruction, regulatory affairs, and scientific communications.
He graduated cum laude from UP Manila in 2017 and placed Top 1 in the March 2018 Pharmacy Licensure Exam. He is currently completing his MS Pharmacy at UP Manila.
